Get Rid of Cellulite or Die Trying

get rid of cellulite
There are thousands of anti-cellulite creams on the market and hundreds more are launched every year.
The availability of so many brands claiming anti-cellulite capabilities only confirms one thing: there is no quick fix and no magic cure for cellulite.
Cellulite is a lifestyle problem and therefore making certain changes to your lifestyle is the most effective way to get rid of it.
Toxic chemicals are the biggest offenders; contained in many commercial anti-cellulite creams, they only add to the problem, as your body needs to flush toxins to get rid of the orange peel appearance of cellulite.

Get rid of cellulite with some aromatic oils

Essential oils such as lemon can help get rid of cellulite - photo by André Karwath

Cellulite bothers us more than any other skin condition.  We hate it and spend millions trying to get rid of it.  While some experts says it is impossible to get rid of it, with some dedicated lifestyle & dietary changes and some TLC, it is possible to minimize the signs of that orange peel effect. Essential oil that are detoxifying, stimulating to the lymphatic system, hormone balancing and which have diuretic properties can be very effective.

Kitchen Sink Beauty: Cellulite Buster

Drink. Brush. Scrub.

With so many cellulite creams, lotions and gels on the market, you begin to wonder how, in this billion dollar industry & with tens of product launches every year, there can be room for more players in the market if any of them actually work?  One reason commercial cellulite treatments don’t work is that they contain many toxic chemicals that add to the problem; our body needs to rid itself of the toxins in order to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

We live in the age of the “pill” where instant gratification prevails and we buy into a marketing promise, regardless of whether it works and being too “time poor” to put in the hard yards.  Applying cream on  daily basis substitutes looking closer at our diet, skincare and surroundings to prevent the problem.  Drink more water.  Cut down on processed foods and eat more “raw” foods.  Reduce the amount of stress in your day.  Most importantly, learn to love your body the way it is.

Cellulite busting is no easy feat but with a bit of commitment and dedication (and some toxin free ingredients) you have a pretty good chance of making a significant change to the appearance of cellulite.
